Already, I'm late for weigh-in!
Sorry guys! My computer was doing something funky yesterday, so I waited until today for our weigh-in!
Current weight: 177.9
Difference from last week: +3.4 lbs
And so the gaining begins...
I hope everybody's doing great! The next podcast is coming in the next few days, I'm having the hardest time titling this episode :-).

Thanks, Beth-- I'm almost caught up on the previous episodes . . so I'm up for the inspiration of a new one! BTW, are you familiar with Myfooddiary.com (MFD)? This is a fabulous site for weightloss/fitness management . . . very realistic and all about lifestyle changes (incorporating mindful eating, exercise, and calorie accountability). They also have a very active forum this is extremely supportive. I am having success with MFD, and highly recommend it. It is an online subcription program-- but with a fairly nominal fee. And the best news is that using this as allowed me to finally break through a longterm plateau on the way to my goal weight. You may want to check it out!
On another note, there are a couple of books out now that might be worth a comment: YOU ON A DIET (dumb, recycled information, IMO)-- and MINDLESS EATING: WHY WE EAT MORE THAN WE THINK (excellent-- scientific info written in a very readable style). Just thought I'd pass along some of these little tidbits. Keep up the great podcasts--and have a great day!
